The apartment is on the 1° floor, climbing two flights of stairs. Room: a two-seater sofa, 27 "tv, reck two living room chairs with a coffee table and dining table with 4 seats. Cuisine: American with 4 stools, coffee maker, Toaster, microwave, cooker 4 burners with oven, fridge. Rooms: Suite: double bed, 2 created dumb, blind, storage drawer 5 drawers and 2 doors, fan, split air conditioner 9,000 BTUs. Spacious bathroom with a sink, 2 drawers + 4 drawers for storing cooking utensils, box shower, gas heater and niche to store bath products. Vase with hygienic shower and hygiene kits. 2: room equipped with a Bed, curtain, drawers with 5 drawers and 2 doors, fan, split air conditioner 9,000 BTUs. Bathroom with a sink, 2 drawers, box shower, gas heater and niche to store bath products. Vase with hygienic shower and hygiene kits. Balcony in the rooms and in the lounge. Leisure area with swimming pool and ping pong.

Location in Itaúna, Saquarema

The neighborhood of Itaúna is quiet, ideal for your rest and recreation. The beach and the lagoon are great for surfing, kitesurfing, stand up pedal, caique (for beginners consult lessons and rental), as well as fishing, diving and hiking The city also offers great cycling, track, Paragliding and hang gliding. The beach has services of restaurants, tents in the sand with beach umbrella and chairs, and a spectacular view of the Church of our Lady of Nazareth. Near the apartment: Itaúna Beach 350 m -Restaurant Girl of Itaúna (5 min walking, 350 m) -Market of Itaúna (also works as bakery 5 min walking). -Bakery of the bridge, 10 min walking The Center is a 5 min drive or 15 min walking.
