A casa é muito suja, cheia de baratas, o colchão além de sujo é muito velho e desconfortável. A iluminação da cozinha é péssima! Não recomendo para quem tem alergia, pois os quartos cheiram a mofo. As fotos de fora, não condizem com o interior da casa.

Ola Rejane, tudo bem? Agradeco seu retorno. Nao trabalho mais com essa casa referida em seu relato.
embora nao concordamos com o que escreve sobre a "casa muita suja" a cada locacao é contratado tres diaristas e um jardineiro a casa é entregue muita limpa.. A proprietara Emilia é muito cuidadosa com esse assunto. Quanto as baratas, infelizmente a casa vizinha foi dedetizada na ocasiao e com isso houve esse incidente.
Estamos fazendo dedetizacao periodicamente.
Os outros pontos que comenta sobre a iliminacao da cozinha/churrasqueira por ser uma area muito grande estavámos com dificuldade de acertar a luz , mas ja conseguimos instalando iluminacao de led e os cochoes foram substituidos.
Convido a sra a quando estiver na cidade nos fazer uma visita , a seria um prazer mostrar que o seu comentário tornou a propriedade muito mais agradavel.

Muito boa!
Marlene e Piolho muito corretos e atenciosos desde o envio do contrato até a nossa saida da casa. Residência muito boa, bem localizada, arejada. Quartos aconchegantes. Só não dei 5 estrelas por causa do colchão que é um pouco duro para o que estamos acostumados mas... paciência né? Casa de temporada atende muitas pessoas, difícil agradar a todos. Super indico!
