Rent per season, weekends, to a maximum of 10 people or yearly. Values to match. House facing the sea of Meaipe, with 3 bedrooms 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, panoramic balcony facing the sea, Garden, kitchen, with fridge, freeze, tv, BBQ area, garage for up to 3 cars, barbecue.

Casa localizada ao lado de uma big construção, um barulho infernal das 7 horas da manhã às 18hs (inclusive no sábado) Máquinas e guindastes super potentes, a casa tremia o tempo todo, em um dos dias quando voltamos da praia deparamos com parte do muro no chão (fotos anexas), temos tb vídeo com o barulho da obra, motivo que nos fez antecipar o retorno para nossa Cidade), o proprietário da casa telefonou para mim, antes de fecharmos negócio e não informou-me nada a esse respeito. Demorei 9 anos para tirar alguns dias para gozo de férias, paguei um alto valor e vivenciamos um verdadeiro pesadelo. Ficaram de ofertar outra data de estadia, sem custo e até o momento não formalizou a promessas. Muito frustrante!

Já passei para a cliente via zap que alias não tinha negado eu que me prontifiquei na época a fazer uma bonificação com a mesma quantidade de dias que ela ficou na casa numa data a ser determinada e disponível para ela.
