The apartment

Excellent Building facing the sea, suitable for the elderly, with ramp and elevators adapted and all furnished and fully equipped for 8 persons, balcony, large rooms and 1 Suite 3, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning perfect. 2 Large lounges, granite table for 6 people seated, microwave, kitchen with cooker/fridge/refrigerator duplex support for gallon of bottled water, all the utensils. 2 Tv's, cable, WI-FI free. The granite bathrooms, 2 large boxes in Plexiglas. Hygienic and well kept. Condo with security cameras and 24-hour concierge, 2 covered parking spaces in the garage, 1 adult and 1 children's pool, sauna, badminton field, Arcade, mini-play. Totally Familiar. Facing the square of kiosks, quiet, lit up at night, huge and all urbanized. At night, strawman, often very good, cheerful. On the beach promenade, 50mts. in front of the building, has the best kiosks of Cabo Frio. We don't have bedding, and pillows. It is not scam, piece budget.
